Although exceptions to our cancellation policy will be considered in case of a family or medical emergency, please note that:

• Camps are not cash-refundable
• Cancellation of a camp or program within 1 week of the start day will result in a voucher for camp tuition paid that is valid until the following year and transferable to any family member
• Vouchers are not redeemable for anything other than use for camp or program tuition (not redeemable in the gear store)
• Campers are expected to attend their full week of camp and no vouchers or refunds will be given for partial attendance of a camp or program
