Private coaching and training rates are based on a per mentee basis. For information about possible discounts for family members, please click here or contact Coach McDonough.

1 One Hour Session: $55
5 One Hour Sessions: $265
10 One Hour Sessions: $520
1 One Hour Session with monthly VS&F membership $50
5 One Hour Sesssions with monthly VS&F membership $240
10 One Hour Sessions with monthly VS&F membership $470

Cancellation Policy: 24 Hours Notice for Cancellation of a session is required except in cases of Family or Medical emergency. Clients will be charged for cancellation without 24 hour notice.
